We Met with Young People at Çamlaraltı College Career Days

As Nera, we came together with high school students as part of the Career Days organized by Çamlaraltı College, where we shared our experiences in entrepreneurship, career planning, and the digital world.

During the event, Hülya Gürcaner, Center Coordinator of the Karşıyaka Collective Entrepreneurship Center, provided young entrepreneur candidates with comprehensive insights into the support mechanisms offered by the Collective, the processes of joining the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and the activities carried out within the center.

Drawing from his own educational and professional journey, Ogün Nergizal, Founder of Nera, emphasized the importance of learning through experience, not giving up on trying, and the long-term transformative power of small steps. He also highlighted the critical role of building strong networks and managing relationships effectively in the entrepreneurial journey.

Another speaker of the event, İlker Karagöz, Founder of Loading Bag, shared his journey shaped by early-stage entrepreneurship and volunteering experiences. He discussed how turning crises into opportunities, gaining experience across different fields, and maintaining a focus on sustainability can guide the entrepreneurial process. He also underlined that creating social impact enables ventures to generate not only economic value but also societal value.
